Every review below came from a household or business we actually moved — Cary condos, Wake Forest houses, long-distance runs clear across state lines, pianos, offices, last-minute jobs booked with a few days’ notice. We don’t filter out the ones where a move had a hiccup or cherry-pick only the easiest weeks; this is genuine customer feedback pulled straight from what people told Google after our crews finished the job. If a name or a crew member sounds familiar, it’s because Reggie’s, Camille’s, and Dante’s crews show up in more than a few of these — the same continuity our customers mention is the same thing we build every schedule around.

Answer a handful of questions and get a firm number back in writing — I-440 rush-hour backups and a July afternoon in the truck already factored in, so nothing extra shows up once the crew does.

We had a great experience with our movers: Neil Tyree Fred Mel. They were so helpful and receptive. I had a horrible experience with a different moving company last time and these guys made up for it. We will definitely call them again.

What We Commit To
Six Things We Promise On Every Raleigh Move
Every one of these is a working rule, not ad copy — Marcus and the crew hold to them on every Wake County job, from a tight street in downtown Raleigh to a new build out past Wake Forest.
One Crew, No Substitutions
Whoever Priya books you with is who shows up — a slow I-440 crossing or a tight turn onto a downtown Raleigh street doesn’t change who’s carrying your boxes.
North Carolina-Registered, Fully Insured
We keep our North Carolina household-goods carrier registration active, cargo coverage rides with every load, and a certificate of insurance reaches a Cary or Apex HOA board the same day they ask for one.
Our Payroll, Never A Staffing Agency
Every mover on your truck is one of our own W-2 employees — Reggie has run the same four-man crew for six years, and nobody new gets added just to cover a busy Saturday.
The Estimate Holds, Full Stop
The number Priya books you at is the number due once the last box is off the truck — no carve-outs. A slow I-440 crossing, an awkward carry on a narrow downtown Raleigh street, sitting at an HOA gate check-in out in Holly Springs — that’s on us to absorb, never you.
Reggie’s Crew, Not A Rotating Cast
The names Priya gives you at booking are the same four people at your truck on move day — nobody on your job gets pulled mid-move to cover a different one on the schedule.
A Window That Actually Holds
If the job ahead of yours runs long, that’s Julian’s problem to manage, not yours — dispatch calls before it eats into your window, and we make it right if it costs you real time.
The Full Hands 2 Hands Moving Story
Raleigh movers who never swap crews mid-move — the same hands that load your truck are the hands that carry everything into your new place.
